From innovative ‘bowl’ design inside to smart soundproofing outside, our outstanding noise management system has been designed to play the biggest of beats whilst keeping the neighbours sweet.

We’ve designed the external lighting to keep the surrounding area safe and well lit whilst remaining mindful and respectful of those who live nearby.

Canals are such an intrinsic part of the city that we wanted to make the most of being right next to one. By designing a beautiful green outdoor space for all to enjoy, we’ve created a peaceful place to meet, unwind and enjoy the beauty if canal side living.
