Tap, Grab, Go is our new store on Level 0. The fast way to grab food & drinks before the show. Tap your card, grab your food and go, where you'll be charged for what you've purchased.
How does the Tap, Grab, Go store work?
The Tap, Grab, Go store is located on Level 0. Tap your card, grab your food and go, where you'll be auto-charged for what you've purchased.
Upon entry, a £9 pre-authorisation charge will be applied. This is simply to confirm that there are sufficient funds in your account before entering the store.
You will then only be charged for the items you leave the store with. Once your receipt has been settled and processed as paid, the pre-authorisation amount will be released back to your account automatically.
Don't forget to scan for your receipt for record of your payment, so that you can raise a query if needed.
If you intend to pay only for your own items, please make sure you tap in with your individual card and only pick up the products you personally wish to purchase. Avoid picking up items for others, as these will automatically be charged to your card.
If you prefer to enter as a group, you can tap one card for entry and all members of the group can go in together. In this case, please note that all items purchased by the group will be charged to the single card used for entry.

Entry & Access
Can we enter the store as a group?
You can enter as a group, if one card is paying for everyone. If not, each person purchasing something must enter individually.
Do kids need to scan in?
Kids only need to tap in if they are paying separately. If they aren't, they can enter with you.
Shopping & Products
What if I pick something up and put it back?
If you no longer want an item that you pick up and put it back, the system recognises this and won't charge you.
If you intend to pay only for your own items, please make sure you tap in with your individual card and only pick up the products you personally wish to purchase. Avoid picking up items for others, as these will automatically be charged to your card.

What if I change my mind after leaving the store?
Refunds can be requested via the QR code on the pillar opposite the store, where you will need to scan the QR code to get your receipt and request a refund on there.
Can I pass items to friends?
You can pass items between friends. All the items picked up will be paid for by the person who tapped their card to enter.
What if the gate doesn't open?
If the gate doesn't open once tapped, will need to check the card you're trying to make a payment on. If there's still an issue, please speak to a supervisor who will be around at the entrance to the store.
Is the store recording me?
There is no facial recognition or biometrics used in the store, only standard CCTV is in operation.

Where do I get my receipt?
Once you leave the Tap, Grab, Go store you can scan the QR code which is situated on the pillar opposite the store. You will need ot enter the last 4 digits of your card. If using contactless or Google Pay/Apple Pay, please enter your virtual card number. You can find this in your Wallet App.
Unfortunately you cannot get a paper receipt, these are only available digitally.

What if my phone dies while shopping?
As long as you tapped your card and entered the store, your purchases will still be charged.
